The Ballon d’Or voting list always comes under close scrutiny and this year is no different.
If you want to save yourself the bother of looking then here are the votes which will get people talking.
Winner Cristiano Ronaldo ignored both Lionel Messi and Franck Ribery, instead using his three votes as Portugal captain on Radamel Falcao, Gareth Bale and Mesut Ozil (in that order).
Lionel Messi kept it strictly Barcelona with his votes, picking Xavi first, Andres Iniesta second and Neymar third.
Ribery didn’t vote but his France national team boss Didier Deschamps did – and he went for the Bayern winger, Ronaldo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
England skipper Steven Gerrard went for Ronaldo and Messi before Liverpool team-mate Luis Suarez.
His boss Roy Hodgson chose to completely ignore Messi and opted for Ronaldo in first, Zlatan second and Robin van Persie in third.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic went for the completely honest and selected all three finalists but in the reverse order.
