It’s fair to say Manchester United aren’t going through the best of times.
After a 3-1 defeat to title contenders Chelsea on Sunday, they sit 7th in the Premier League table, six points outside the top four and 14 points behind league leaders Arsenal.
And if new manager David Moyes wasn’t feeling the pressure – he sure will be now.
What he needs is not only the backing of the Manchester United fans but the backing of world football as he takes his time to settle in at Old Trafford.
Sorry Mr Moyes, but that ain’t happening.

Bookmaker Paddy Power have once again came out all guns blazing with this fantastic publicity stunt … a life-size waxwork of Sir Alex Ferguson encased in a glass box with the message ‘In Case Of Emergency Break Glass’.

The model of the former boss can be seen looking at his watch, perhaps gesturing that Moyes’ time is up and the King is back.
You would be forgiven for thinking that this may be Photoshopped. But this picture of a delivery truck outside the stadium should put your mind at ease.
A PP spokesman said: “Jose [Mourinho] hammered the final nail into the coffin that is Man Utd’s season on Sunday night and their seventh loss of the season has brought Sir Alex back to Old Trafford.”
