PSG Owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi Issues Godfather-Like Warning To Manchester City Over Blaise Matudi

So, Nasser Al-Khelaifi isn’t one to mess with.

The PSG owner has today issued a Don Corleone-esque warning to Manchester City over their rumoured interest in midfielder Blaise Matuidi.

We won’t try to explain, just have a look at what Al-Khelaifi had to say:

“Interest from Manchester City in Matuidi? I am not worried because they know that if they touch one of our players, then we will be in opposition to them, and we will go and contact their players too.

“We respect all clubs, but if a club tries to buy one of our players, then it will have to face consequences.

“I don’t aim this at Manchester City, as from what I know, they did not contact Matuidi.”

So you don’t aim it at Man City but you’ve also said that they will face repercussions if they do go for Matuidi. That makes sense.

We’d love to hear about City owner Sheikh Mansour waking up in a situation like this:
