San Francisco 49ers-Supporting Pastor Holds Minute-Long Church Service So He Can Go Watch Playoff Game

This is proof that not even God himself can keep a man from supporting his team.

Montana Pastor Tim Christensen is a big San Francisco 49ers fan who would have missed their playoff win over the Carolina Panthers on Saturday had he not cut his afternoon service at the Gold Hill Lutheran Church, Butte, to just one minute.

Yes, that’s right. The Pastor abbreviated the service to last just a minute before he ripped open his robes to show off a 49ers jersey and headed down the aisle and out of the church:
