Cameroon Footballer Ends His Career With Croatian Club To Become Chief Of His Homeland's Tribe

Former NK Metalac player Mathias Enge has retired from football – and taken up the position as chief of his homeland’s tribe.

Yeah, seriously.

The Cameroonian was forced to return to his country on his grandmother’s orders after his grandfather, the former tribal chief, died.

Enge was selected from 28 grandchildren to be his successor.
