Scotland’s Ugly New Away Kit Provokes Hilarious Twitter Reactions

The Scottish national team didn’t leave it long after their tough Euro 2016 draw to make an ‘exciting’ announcement regarding their kit.

Much to the disappointment of many a Scotsman, they released a design which resembles a fruit salad sweet, pink and orange.

Skipper Scott Brown admitted that the new kits means that he has no excuse for not picking out his team-mates any more.

The release provoked a Twitter tirade, with a number of rather creative takes on the new strip.

Never fear though Scotland. The last time the tartan army played in pink they emerged victorious over Germany, beating them 1-0, and they’ll be hoping that history will repeat itself in this manner.
