Andre Villas-Boas Got A Little Over Excited And A Big Bit Creepy In First Training Session As Zenit Manager

You can’t blame Andre Villas-Boas for looking forward to taking the reigns at Russian club Zenit St Petersburg.

The Portuguese has been out of work since he was sacked by Tottenham back in December and is clearly over the moon at being back in management.

And his new players will have a lot to look forward to if the tactician retains the sense of enthusiasm he was showing in Zenit’s first training session under his stewardship.

In a short video posted by Zenit’s official YouTube channel, AVB can be seen getting to grips with his new squad as he puts them through their paces.

It makes for brilliant viewing, with the former Chelsea boss praising the players’ intensity, but the 36-year-old goes a little over the top toward the end…

Our favourite moment in the clip, however, has to be AVB doing his best impression of Michael Jackson’s Thriller:
