Mesut Ozil hasn’t had the best of months in regards to his football career.
The German starlet has struggled for form, been ‘rested at Arsenal and has been frequently questioned about his work rate and commitment.
Last night could well be a new low for Ozil though, as he was booed off by his home crowd, despite Jogi Low’s Germany emerging victorious over Chile.

Arsenal’s record signing created the only goal of the game, finding Mario Gotze in the area who produced a tidy finish.
That didn’t stop the home crowd at the Mercedes-Benz Arena from turning on the 25-year-old, who singled him out for criticism.
Reacting to the incident after the game, Jerome Boateng showed his disapproval saying: “They have some nerve. You can’t shine all the time.”
Oliver Bierhoff also admitted that he “didn’t understand” why the midfielder was being booed, a view shared by many who believed that Mesut Ozil was one of the brighter players in the game.
Undoubtedly, Mesut will be looking forward to getting back to the Emirates where he will get the unconditional love he needs right now.
