Joey Barton knows what it’s like to win at Wembley in front of a baying crowd. The controversial midfielder helped secure QPR’s dramatic, cash-rich return to the Premier League last weekend with a 1-0 win over Derby in the play-off final.
And ow he’s backing Carl Froch to do the business over fierce rival George Groves when they get in the ring on Saturday.
He Tweeted:
Couldn't back against Froch. GG hit him with his best shot. He got up and still stopped him, albeit controversially. Can't wait.
