Roy Keane Isn’t Going To The World Cup With ITV – But Fans Despair As John Terry Might Be

Armchair fans around the UK no doubt cheered when they heard the news controversial pundit Roy Keane had pulled out of ITV‘s World Cup coverage.

But that delight may soon turn to despair with rumours Chelsea defender John Terry could take his place.

According to Sportsmail’s Matt Barlow, the TV giants are considering the retired England captain and bookies have him as favourite to replace Keane:

Chelsea captain Terry, who retired from international football in 2012, has been installed by bookmakers as the favourite to replace Keane.
Neither camp would confirm any approach but the possibility of Terry working at the World Cup is intriguing.”
