Toni Kroos: Real Madrid Are A Bigger Club Than Bayern Munich

Toni Kroos is officially a Real Madrid player after moving from Bayern Munich on an undisclosed fee and signing a six-year deal.

The new Santiago Bernabeu man is fresh from winning the World Cup with his German team-mates.

But he stick the boot into his former club after insisting he’s joined a bigger club than Munich.

He said:

Real Madrid is, in my eyes, the biggest club in the world.

When I decided to look for a new club, Real Madrid was my first choice. Then everything worked out very well so there was no other option for me.”

The Germany international was rumoured to be interesting Manchester United, but they seemed to end their interest after signing Athletic Bilbao midfielder Ander Herrera.

So, has Kroos signed for the right club?
