Sometimes, when you gotta go, you just gotta go.
Barcelona striker Luis Suarez proved this last night as he rushed from the field to visit the little boy’s room – midway through the first half.
Suarez made his return to the Uruguay national side for the first time since his controversial bite on Italy’s Giorgio Chiellini at the World Cup in Brazil.
The former Liverpool forward was banned for 9 international matches and for four months from club football, however, the ban does not cover friendly matches.
Although the game ended 1-1 against Saudi Arabia, Suarez was looking reasonably sharp as he bids to get himself ready to make his first team debut for Barca against rivals Real Madrid later this month.
But in a bizarre twist in the middle of the opening half, Suarez asked the ref if he could be excused to use the bathroom – and the ref was only too happy for the match to continue without him.
