Manchester United have been handed a boost ahead of their trip to the Emirates next week after Radamel Falcao confirmed on his Instagram that he was back in training.
The 28-year-old Colombian striker hasn’t exactly set the Premier League alight so far, scoring just once in his first five games before he was hit by a reoccurring knee injury.
The former Atletico forward, who is on loan at Old Trafford from Monaco, captioned the post: “Ready to train with the best motivation.”
The news comes just in time for this weekend’s international break.
But with the Gunners up next for Louis van Gaal’s side, Falcao’s reintroduction to the squad could prove a timely addition.
