This one can be classed under “World’s Stupidest Athletes.”

Torpedo Moscow’s Kirikk Kombarov has come under heavy fire from both parents and animal rights activists alike after pictures of his 2-year-old son’s birthday party circulated online and for a very good reason.

That’s because unsurprisingly, quite a lot of people have a problem with hiring a bear from a circus and bringing him into a house full of little children.

Most parent’s would perhaps book a clown or a magician for their child’s birthday party, but what about a wild bear?!

Kombarov quickly deleted the pictures from his Instagram account, though maybe he should have known that people would have already seen it and that the damage was already done.

A third year Journalism student and an aspiring sports journalist. May sound like a cliché but I’d love to turn my passion into a career. I’ve always enjoyed writing and I’m a massive Evertonian, so decided to put the two together and started writing for an Everton website. I’ve always found it easier to write about something that I’m interested in. Oh and I’ve recently picked up an interest in golf, all thanks to Rory McIlroy.
