Thierry Henry’s MLS season finished on a rather low note on Saturday night as the New York Red Bulls could only muster a 2-2 draw against the New England Revolution.
The result saw the Red Bulls lose the Eastern Conference final 4-3 on aggregate in Boston.
And while rumours continue over Henry’s retirement from football, I’m sorry, SOCCER, the Frenchman refused to comment on his future following defeat to the Revs.
Instead, the Gunners idol held an amazingly short interview after the game, only telling a group of reporters: “Well done New England”.
Henry posted a slightly longer Tweet after the match to thanks the travelling fans.
