VIDEO: Faroe Islands Players’ Wild Celebrations In Dressing Room After Famous Win Over Greece

Faroe Islands produced arguably the shock of the whole Euro 2016 qualifying campaign after beating Greece 1-0 away last night.

HB Torshavn striker Joan Edmundsson – who also had a spell as a youngster with Newcastle and with Conference side Gateshead in 2010 – hit the only goal in the 61st minute.

The feat is sure to go down as the country’s greatest ever win – as they moved above Claudio Ranieri‘s Greek side in group F.

The 187th-world ranked minnows – who had won just one of their last 20 games and that came against Gibraltar – are sure to celebrate the victory in style.

And if this video of post-match celebrations is anything go by then they’ll certainly make the most of it:
