VIDEO: Eidur Gudjohnsen Sets Up Emile Heskey to Show They’ve Still Got it

Emile Heskey and Eidur Gudjohnsen rolled back the years today as the latter set up the former to spark a Bolton comeback win over Blackburn.

It was the former England striker who got the goal equalising goal as Wanderers trailed Rovers in their Boxing Day Championship clash.

But it was all about Gudjohnsen’s run and pass which allowed Heskey the simplest of tap-ins.

And that sparked jubilant celebrations from fans around the Reebok Stadium, Britan and Neil Lennon himself.

The ex-Celtic manager came under criticism this week for signing a front pair which has a combined age of 72.

But all their top-level experience showed for the equaliser and just minutes later Darren Pratley hit the winner.

So, sit back, relax and enjoy the Heskey and Gudjohnsen show:
