Reports are emerging this evening that former Tottenham winger David Ginola is set to run against Sepp Blatter for the FIFA Presidency.
Twitter exploded earlier when rumours circulated, however, some major news outlets are now reporting that it indeed true and the Frenchman will confirm it tomorrow.

Some, however, are unwilling to believe that it is fact due to the fact Ginola is being bankrolled by publicity-funnymen Paddy Power.
