[VIDEO] Michael Owen: Tony Pulis’ Boring Training Sessions Made Me Retire

Michael Owen insists Tony Pulis’ training sessions were so boring they forced him into retirement.

The England legend ended his career under the current West Brom manager when they were both together at Stoke.

Owen made just nine appearances for the Potters before hanging up his boots at the age of 33.

And he explained his reasons for that while appearing on BT Sport show Fletch & Sav with Darren Fletcher and Robbie Savage today:

So it appears the West Brom players have some exciting training sessions to look forward to now Pulis is in charge at the Hawthorns.
