Anyone who has played hockey knows what it is like to get emotional. The game itself is played with a lot of raw emotion and sometimes that can boil over. Best case scenario, you use it to fuel yourself to be a better player. Generally, you take a penalty that was a little silly but oh well. Worst case scenario, you lose your cool and get kicked out.
