Marshawn Lynch was his typically stubborn self as the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots players faced the media today ahead of Super Bowl XLIX.
Beast Mode DID show up for the Super Bowl Media Day on Tuesday – despite reports suggesting he would ignore it after another year at war with the press.

And here’s everything Lynch said when he faced journalists earlier:
I’m just here so I won’t get fined.

Lynch was hit with a $100,000 fine by the NFL for ignoring media until the end of 2014 and has received $11,050 and $20,000 fines for grabbing his crotch following celebrations this season.
On top of those, he was threatened with being thrown out of the NFC Championship game against the Green Bay Packers two weeks ago if he wore custom gold cleats.
So today’s behaviour isn’t a surprise. Lynch doesn’t like the media and with answers like these they probably don’t like him much either.
