Manchester United to Get Back to Winning Ways and More of the Weekend’s Best Bets

It’s another weekend and another big chance for you to hit the bookies in the pocket.

But don’t worry if you’re out of luck or a betting novice, our man Dan is here to give you the best bets of the weekend:

By Dan Zig – @burns_daniel

With Manchester Utd finding hard to match performance with result, I was tempted to avoid them until Louis Van Gaal sorts things out, but, at home against Sunderland, you have to fancy them to get back to winning ways.

The Black Cats haven’t been able to score in half of their away games this season and I think they’ll add to that dismal record with a defeat at old Trafford.

Manchester United and both teams NOT to score @ 1/1 with Paddy Power is my bet.

With extra interest in League Two, I have found two games this weekend that will hopefully boost our coupons.

The first is Clyde to beat Montrose at home as boss Barry Ferguson seems to have his new squad playing decent football and shored up the defence that was previously leaking goals. At odds of 2/1 they came very close to taking three points away at East Fife last week until a last-minute equaliser robbed me of a great tip. This week should be an easier task.

Back Clyde @ 10/11 with Paddy Power.

I have seen both these teams play recently and I will be shocked to the core if Queen’s Park don’t take all three points.

East Stirling are a poor outfit and Queens have been in good form of late, moving to top of the league last week.

Take Queen’s @ 4/6 with Paddy Power.
