Former Manchester United midfielder Anderson was subbed off after 36 minutes of his Internacional debut – and needed an oxygen mask on the bench because he was so tired.
The Brazilian signed for his new side in February, ending his seven-and-a-half-year spell at Old Trafford.
In that time, he made just 181 appearances for United – a large number from the bench – and struggled to live up to the hype which went with his £20million move from Porto in May 2007.
Internacional appears to be a fresh start for Anderson – but he’s made the worst possible start to life with his new club.
In their Copa Libertadores clash with The Strongest last night, Anderson was in the starting line up before being forced off on 36 minutes.
He looked in discomfort as he made his way off and was grasping for breath on the bench before grabbing an oxygen mask to help him recover:

Internacional went on to lose 3-1 against The Strongest and begin their 2015 Libertadores campaign with a defeat.
