VIDEO: This Own Goal From a Partick Thistle Youth Player Is The Most Ridiculous Ever

Own goals can be pretty hilarious sometimes especially if you are on the opposing side, however, this one from a Partick Thistle youth player is definitely the most bizarre we’ve ever seen.

The mishap occurred during an SPFL development game between Dundee and Thistle where a defender from the Glasgow side was faced with a striker chasing him down and tried to pass the ball back to his goalkeeper … well we think that’s what he did anyway.

The game did take part in the windy seaside Scottish town of Arbroath which can be the only valid reason for an own goal like this.

Fortunately for the young centre back the blunder didn’t cost his side a victory as two late goals from Thistle were enough to see them grab a 2-1 victory.

We can guarantee that his team mates will never ever let him forget about this though!
