Basketball Player Named Guy Fuck Finally Given Permission to Use His Real Name on College Roster

A Brazilian basketball player named Guy Fuck has finally been allowed to use his real name on his college basketball team’s roster.

His full name is Guilhereme Carbagiale Fuck and he attends Medicine Hat College in Canada.

He also plays for the Medicine Hat Rattlers and, until recently, he wasn’t allowed to use his last name by the college.

Fuck (pronounced Foo-key) is a German surname meaning ‘fox’, but Guy wasn’t happy with being unable to use it and revealed he fought to stop being called Guy Carbagiale.

It’s one of the more ridiculous stories we’ll bring you today – but definitely up there with the funniest.

Fuck spoke to CBC News and insists he’s proud of his name and wants to have plenty of children in the future.

He said:

It’s my last name, I’m proud of it. Doesn’t matter if it means something bad.

Asked if he’d ever change his surname, Fuck said:

No, no, no. I want to have kids, I want to spread the Fuck last name.

“Spread the Fuck”. Line of the day.
