[VIDEO] Aston Villa Captain Fabian Delph: Fans Were Biting Me During Pitch Invasion

Aston Villa booked their place in the FA Cup semi-finals at Wembley on Saturday with a 2-0 win over local rivals West Brom.

After the full time whistle blew, Villas fans invaded the pitch to celebrate with their heroes.

But it seems some fans got a little bit carried away, according to Villa captain Fabian Delph.

Delph, who put Villa ahead against the Baggies, claimed that he was bitten by fans in the pitch invasion.

He said: ” It was dangerous. My armband got nicked, someone tried to take my boots off my feet, people were trying to kiss me and they were biting me. It was crazy.”

Check out the video of Delph’s post-match interview below.
