Liverpool Reveal New 2015-16 Home Kit Sponsored by New Balance

Liverpool have revealed their new home kit for the 2015-16 season sponsored by New Balance.

The footwear giants revealed they would be taking over from Warrior in producing the kit for the English giants on a multi-year deal.

NB have taken inspiration from classic kits worn by club legends like Kenny Dalglish and Ian Rush and believe this simple design could be a hit with fans.

Jordan Henderson, Raheem Sterling, Martin Skrtel, Daniel Sturridge and Simon Mignolet were at the unveiling of the new kit.

And we’ve got some great close-up images of what will go on sale around the world on May 14:

Billy Hogan, Chief Commercial Officer, Liverpool FC, said:

We are very excited to be launching our first kit in partnership with New Balance, which is one of the world’s leading sportswear brands.

Like LFC, New Balance has over 100 years of heritage and it’s fitting that the first kit launched as part of this record-breaking partnership celebrates the Club’s illustrious history and worldwide fan base.

New Balance have introduced NB Dry to the new kit – a technology that keeps the body cool while in action.

Finished with mesh panelling under the arms, the design aims to help airflow around the body.

Twin needle stitching runs around the circumference of the shirts hem and twin heat transfer tipping to the cuff gives a seam-free finish and to prevent abrasion.

The unmistakable Liverpool red with the front panel jacquard is finished with an integrated collar.

The New Balance 2015/16 LFC Home Kit is available to pre-order now at

The goalkeeper top Simon Mignolet will be wearing from next season:

Liverpool fans, what’s your view – are you happy with the new home kit? Would you buy it? Let us know in the comments below.
