Tickets For Steven Gerrard’s Final Game at Anfield Are Selling For an Incredible £1,258 Online

After 17 years at Liverpool, Steven Gerrard will finally say farewell to his second home as he takes his final bow at Anfield in the weekend’s match against Crystal Palace.

We very much doubt that it is the last time that Gerrard will ever be seen on Merseyside with many people backing him to come back one day as manager, however, only once more will fans watch him grace the turf.

And over 45,000 lucky people will fill Anfield on Saturday to see off their long serving captain before he heads to America to finish his career.

However, those who weren’t lucky enough to get a ticket for the penultimate game of the season will have to fork out almost a grand and a half to gain entry.

Some tickets can be found on website ticketbis.net with the cheapest selling at £179.01, however, at the other end of the spectrum a ticket is being sold at a shocking price of £1,258.63.

Even if Stevie G managed to take the ball round the whole Crystal Palace team before doubling back and scoring an overhead kick from the halfway line we couldn’t justify paying that price for a ticket.
