The former Monaco, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain attacker is appearing for French amateur side Monts d’Or Azergues in the country’s fourth tier after retiring from professional football in 2013.
He called time on his career after 157 goals in total for eight different clubs and won league titles in France and Spain as well as a Coppa Italia victory with Roma in 2008.
But his biggest achievement came in 2006 when he helped Barcelona beat Arsenal to lift the Champions League.
Giuly’s second best achievement? It has to be this 45-yard lob in a 2-2 draw with Béziers:
