With Rangers 180 minutes away from potentially being back in the top flight of Scottish football – where they have been absent for the last three seasons – many fans who may not have been in recent times are once again proud to say they support the club.
And one fan who had the opportunity to say so on national television took his chance on BBC One’s game show Pointless … however, he got himself a bit confused.
When asked by host Alexander Armstrong which team he followed, contestant Stew quickly said Glasgow Rangers before then going back on his word.
Stew then went on say he supports what used to be Rangers and are now known as ‘Rangers Newco’ as he is led to believe.
