Ex-Liverpool Star Luis Garcia Forced To Apologise On Twitter After Posting A Game Of Thrones Spoiler

We’ve all been there, when someone you trust crushes your dreams by spoiling your favourite TV show before you get a chance to watch it.

And this week it was the turn of former Liverpool midfielder Luis Garcia.

Garcia was clearly caught up in the season finale of Game of Thrones on Monday night.

So much so that he made the unpopular decision to Tweet his reaction after the final scene involving popular character Jon Snow.

This of course was like a dragon glass dagger to the heart of the social media universe.

See what we did there…

And so the Spaniard was forced to apologise to his followers, despite the fact the 36-year-old didn’t exactly reveal what actually happened:

Garcia was part of the Liverpool squad which won the Champions League in 2005 against Serie A giants AC Milan.

However, even that may not save him if he spoils another episode next season…
