Hearts Fans Line Up To Slaughter Danny Wilson After Their Former Captain Joins Rivals Rangers

Former Hearts captain Danny Wilson today completed his return to Rangers where he has signed a three year deal to become new boss Mark Warburton’s first signing of the season.

The centre half was accompanied by other new boy Rob Kiernan who has made the move to Ibrox from recently relegated Championship side Wigan signing a two year deal.

Wilson came through the ranks at Murray Park before making a switch to Liverpool where his career stalled due to lack of game time.

However, the defender found his feet at Hearts where he signed permanently in 2013 following loan spells at Blackpool, Bristol City and the Edinburgh club themelves.

And after lifting the Scottish Championship trophy only last month, Wilson decided that his career was over at Tynecastle stating that he wanted to move on to better his career – a statement which has caused many Hearts fans to be upset as they took to Twitter to have their say.
