VIDEO: Futsal Player Booked For Taking Selfie With Zinedine Zidane During A Match

This is definitely a new way to get yourself booked.

During a futsal competition in Dubai, Real Madrid and France legend Zinedine Zidane was approached by a fan wishing to take a selfie of the pair together.

The only problems is that he was on the opposing team… and the game was still in full flow.

Yes, that’s right. The player downed his tools in the middle of the match to approach the 44-year-old Frenchman for a picture – and subsequently found himself in the referee’s notebook.

Let’s just hope we don’t start to see any similar behaviour from professionals across Europe when they come up against Ronaldo or Messi this season.
