VIDEO: West Brom’s 2015/16 Kit Launch Is Possibly The Worst Thing Ever

VIDEO: West Brom’s 2015/16 Kit Launch Is Possibly The Worst Thing Ever

West Brom’s attempt to be clever with the unveiling of their new home kit seems to have backfired in spectacular fashion.

The Baggies released a video for the 2015/16 kit launch on their official YouTube page yesterday – and it completely crashed and burned.

The marketing team at the West Midlands side decided to ditch any special effects or gripping voice-overs and simply opted to show a video from last season’s Premier League defeat to Manchester City.

In a case of mistaken identity, Gareth McAuley was sent off when it should have been fellow Brom defender Craig Dawson for a foul on striker Wilfried Bony.

At the end of the video below, we are told the new kit is “something you will recognise.”

Predictably, West Brom have been laughed at by all and sundry for a woeful attempt at trying to sell new shirts.

You can check it out in the video below.
