Indianapolis Brewery Releases 20,000 ‘Tom Brady Sux’ Beer Cans

An Indianapolis brewery has made the headlines this week after it printed thousands of beer cans with the message “Tom Brady Sux”.

The Sun King Brewery allowed around 20,000 cans of their Wee Mac Scottish Ale to be distributed from their factory with the kind words about the New England Patriots quarterback on the bottom beside the born-on date.

And when asked who was at fault, they simply put it down to a “prank” by one of the workers.

Sun King co-owner, Clay Robinson, said: “It was a prank by Biscuit.”

You’ll notice in the photo above that the born-on date is May 13, which is a week after the Wells report was originally released, and two days after the NFL suspended Tom Brady four games for his role in the Deflategate silliness.

Robinson added: “It wasn’t an idea we came up with at all.

“Every day, we change the thing on the bottom of our cans. One of the guys running the canning lines had to come up with something. Biscuit is his name. So Biscuit put ‘Tom Brady Sux.'”

But the brewery chief admitted that he could see the humorous side to the message on the bottom of the cans.

He said: “I actually thought it was funny.

“Now there are thousands of cans out there that say ‘Tom Brady Sux.'”

We’ll see if this remains funny when the Colts host Brady and the Patriots in Week 6.
