Mark Warburton is quickly becoming a fans favourite at Ibrox since taking over from Stuart McCall in the summer with new signings doing well and performances getting better.
The Englishman got off to a flyer in his first competitive game as his side thrashed league rivals Hibs 6-2 away from home in the League Challenge Cup before a 3-0 victory over Stenhousemuir in the League Cup on Sunday.
And tonight Rangers got off to the perfect start in their Scottish Championship campaign as they beat last season’s Premiership relegation side St Mirren 3-1 at Ibrox.
With three wins out of three, it’s no surprise to see Gers supporters jumping on the Warburton wagon, however, one fan took her support of the new boss to another level tonight as she turned up to the league opener wearing a wizard hat … made out of wrapping paper for loaves of bread.
The hat presumably occurred after fans made up a song for their new boss in which they brand Warburton as “magic, who wears a magic hat”.
Yay or nay?
