VIDEO: Frustrated Leigh Griffiths Kicks Advertising Board and Gets Stuck

If you were paying attention during Celtic’s 2-2 draw with Kilmarnock last night you would have seen Leigh Griffiths kick an advertising board before hilariously getting stuck in it.

It was a frustrating night for the striker, who had given Celtic the lead in the Scottish Premiership clash before going on to miss a number of chances which would have secured the win.

Instead, Killie equalised his goal through Josh Magennis before Kallum Higginbotham’s cheeky penalty cancelled out Nir Bitton’s 30-yard belter.

And it left Celtic fans asking who is the man to lead the line for their side during the season, with Nadir Ciftci – who is serving a domestic suspension – still without a goal in Hoops since his move from Dundee United.

It was understandable for Griffiths to be frustrated as he saw a number of chances either miss the target or saved by Killie goalie Jamie MacDonald.

But there was no excuse for him smashing his foot through one of the signs at the side of the Rugby Park pitch – and he probably got what he deserved as he failed to get his leg out the board afterwards.

The moment was caught on camera and can be seen in all its glory here:
