Carlisle Player is Slaughtered Online After Defeat to Liverpool For Having a ‘Nandos’ Haircut

It was a bad night for Bastein Hery.

The Carlisle midfielder saw his side go oh-so-close to knocking Liverpool out of the League Cup third round at Anfield, drawing 1-1 on the night and losing 3-2 on penalties to Brendan Rodgers embattled side.

And poor old Hery, who actually put in a decent performance throughout, missed one of the decisive spot-kicks for Keith Curle’s brave team.

But the heartache and embarrassment didn’t end there for Hery.

No, far from it.

Hery spent the rest of the evening being subjected to insults and mockery on social media for his, erm, shall we say, rather interesting haircut.

Hery – a 22-year-old former trainee at PSG – has opted to go for a rather unusual Krusty The Clown-esque look, with a large, bulging red afro protruding from the back of his head.

Unfortunately for Hery, Twitter exists. And when his head of hair and Twitter exists on the same planet, bad things happen.

Poor lad, but to be fair, some of these are quite funny…
