Manuel Neuer has beaten off competition from David de Gea to be the top goalkeeper in FIFA 16.
EA Sports revealed the news today as they gradually reveal more and more about the new game ahead of its September 24 release.
We yesterday told you how Theo Walcott is the fastest player alongside Fortuna Dusseldorf midfielder Mathis Bolly.
While Daniel Sturridge’s dance was also included in a release of FIFA 16’s new celebrations yesterday.
But one of the biggest accolades has today went to Neuer – and it’s no real surprise after yet another hugely impressive season for club and country from the Bayern Munich man.
With a rating of 90, he ranks ahead of de Gea and Thibaut Courtois on 86 and Petr Cech on 85.
The German goalie ranks above 85 in almost every key area apart from speed and should be a popular choice for any Ultimate Team players lucky enough to get their hands on him.
