Carmelo Anthony is officially an Arsenal – after he confirmed the news while attending the Gunners’ English Premier League clash with Stoke today.
The New York Knicks star is enjoying some downtime with the new NBA season not kicking off until the end of October.
There are reports that he could be on the move as part of a potential trade, but he doesn’t look too bothered at the moment.
He took in Arsenal’s game today while on holiday in London and even took the time to catch up with the club’s official social media team.
Speaking to the camera, Anthony confirmed he’s officially a Gooner:
Anthony will be enjoying what he’s watching this afternoon with Arsenal so far leading Stoke 1-0 through Theo Walcott’s 31st-minute goal.
A victory for Arsene Wenger’s men could take them just two points off the top spot, with Manchester City being held 0-0 by Crystal Palace at English Premier League at the time of writing.
