Bayern Munich are celebrating their 1000th Bundesliga win after beating Koln 4-0 this afternoon.
Pep Guardiola’s men got the landmark victory at the Allianz Arena and looked like they could easily rack up another 1000 with a commanding display.
Arjen Robben marked his return from injury with the opening goal on 35 minutes and that was quickly followed up by Arturo Vidal five minutes later.
Bayern were turning the screw at this point and continued to do so in the second-half with Robert Lewandowski making it 3-0 with a brilliant 62nd-minute header.
And the beating was complete in the 77th minute when Thomas Muller grabbed the ball after a foul in the box on Lewandowski and slammed home from the penalty spot.

Thomas Tuchel’s men will have the chance to cut that gap when they take on Augsburg tomorrow afternoon.
