Take a bow, Jere Uronen – this thunderous half volley is the goal of the weekend in our books.
The Helsingborgs full-back was on the scoresheet as his side ran out 4-1 winners over Hammarby earlier today.
It was a big result for coach Henrik Larsson’s men, who followed up a 2-1 win over Elfsborg two weeks ago with another three points to move into seventh place in the Allsvenskan.
But forget about the team, it’s only Uronen we should be focusing on.
The 21-year-old Finnish full-back proved he’s got a left foot from heaven with a beautiful 30-yard half volley into the top corner to give his side a 3-1 lead in the second-half.
There’s no point in us building it up anymore – just sit back and enjoy ball-striking at its absolute best:

We weren’t lieing, were we?
Uronen’s goal came at exactly the right time for Helsingborgs – eight minutes after half-time and 12 minutes after Hammarby had made the score 2-1.
They ran out 4-1 winners thanks to Robin Simovic’s final goal and ensured Uronen’s strike led to the victory it deserved.
