Yaya Sanogo has became the forgotten man of Arsenal after stop-star career at the north London club.
After scoring four goals in a pre-season friendly against Benfica in the summer of 2014, fans could’ve been forgiven for thinking they had the real deal on their hands.
And their expectations were heightened even further when the gangly 22-year-old scored his first goal for the club in a Champions League match against Borussia Dortmund in only his second start for the Gunners.
But his overall performances on the pitch failed to convince, and last summer he was sent on loan to Dutch giants Ajax, despite Arsenal failing to sign any outfield player to strengthen their squad.
But it appears that Sanogo’s loan isn’t going too well.
Not too well at all.
The striker has gone on to make just three Eredivisie appearances – a combined 47 minutes – and failed to hit the target. And it’s not only the fact that he can’t find the back of the net.
We don’t mean to be unkind, but this compilation clip makes him look a bit like a lad who has won a competition…
I really like Yaya Sanogo, but its probably a safe bet in saying he's not going to make it at Arsenal… pic.twitter.com/XDBg6lsloc

Who knows, maybe he’ll still come good. Poor guy!
