Arsene Wenger isn’t happy with Pep Guardiola after the manager’s announcement this week that he’s leaving Bayern Munich in the summer.
It’s also been heavily reported that the Spanish boss knows where he wants to manage from next season and several English clubs have been linked, including Manchester City, United, Chelsea and even Arsenal.
Wenger didn’t mention anything about the possibility of Guardiola taking over from him in the future.
But he did aim a thinly-veiled criticism at the former Barcelona boss for going public with the decision so early in the season.
According to the Arsenal gaffer – who was speaking in his press conference ahead of Monday’s clash with Bournemouth – it does nothing for his Bayern team and the rest of us have to deal with speculation surrounding his future until he makes his next club public:
Wenger on Pep: "I don't like that a manager has come out so early with what they'll do… it is not good for their team…or speculation."

Wenger was in a good mood just days after beating Manchester City 2-1 at the Emirates to take his side within just two points of Leicester at the top of the league.
He also spoke on Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez and the club’s title aspirations in his press conference, which you can read the best of here.
