Cech, Chambers, Ramsey, Walcott and Oxlade-Chamberlain Do Arsene Wenger’s Job on FM2016

Cech, Chambers, Ramsey, Walcott and Oxlade-Chamberlain Do Arsene Wenger’s Job on FM2016

There’s no doubt Arsene Wenger has a difficult job at Arsenal – as some of his players found out when they took over from the Frenchman in Football Manager 2016.

Petr Cech sat down with Calum Chambers and Aaron Ramsey while Theo Walcott joined Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to play with Arsenal on the Sports Interactive smash hit.

The players start by selecting their Arsenal starting XI for a game and it’s entertaining to hear their rationale behind the choices.

Cech and Chambers are sitting just yards from Ramsey when they decide to put the Welshman at right-wing “because he likes it there”.

While Walcott and Oxlade-Chamberlain can’t make their mind up about whether it should be Santi Cazorla or Mesut Ozil in the number 10 role.

Walcott even flirts with the idea of playing his co-manager there, but they quickly decide against that because he’s not quite ready for the role yet.

It continues to get difficult for the pair when they realise the sheer number of attackers Wenger has at his disposal, forgetting all about Alexis Sanchez before adding him in at the last-minute.

When the game kicks off, Cech lasts just 45 minutes before being replaced by Ramsey, who’s had enough of watching on from the sidelines.

And he gets rid of Chambers shortly after before leading his team to victory.

The Arsenal stars playing the game coincides with its release at the end of last month.
