Everything Rangers Fans Need to Know About Trialist Vladislavs Gutkovskis

Rangers have handed a trial to an unknown Latvian striker named Vladislavs Gutkovskis – and it looks like fans should be excited at the prospect of signing the 20-year-old hitman.

It’s unclear how long Mark Warburton will look over Gutkovskis for, but you’d expect him to get until the end of next week and possibly beyond that if he impresses.

Martyn Waghorn is Rangers’ number one striker, but only Kenny Miller and Nicky Clark provide any back-up and it appears the Ibrox manager wants to strengthen his frontline.

After some research into the Skonto Riga frontman, it looks like Rangers could have a player on their hands.

Here, we’ve rounded up all the things Gers fans need to know about their unknown trialist Gutkovskis:

Gutkovskis is 20 and has represented Latvia at every age group until Under-21
