Jason Dufner Totally Humiliated a Twitter Troll After PGA Tour Win

Jason Dufner collected his fourth PGA Tour win with a two-hole playoff victory over David Lingmerth on Sunday.

It was a big moment for the American, as it was his first solo win since the 2013 PGA Championship.

And while Dufner celebrated, his mind clearly turned away from being awarded the trophy by former president Bill Clinton and toward the cheeky Twitter troll who had so cruelly ridiculed him on social media in December.

The troll in question, who originally Tweeted the golfer last month, asked when was the last time he had won a tournament.

Dufner replied “a week ago”, citing his victory at the Franklin Templeton Shootout where he teamed up with fellow-American Brandt Snedeker:

And now that Dufner has finally got the monkey off his back and bagged a solo win, he was quick to Tweet the troll again, this time with an attached picture of his trophy:

Not to be out-done by Dufner, the troll again messaged the 38-year-old, claiming that he was clearly the motivation for the win:
