Man United’s Marcos Rojo Pictured Celebrating Zabaleta’s Birthday With Man City Players

Pablo Zabaleta enjoyed some birthday celebrations both on and off the field on Saturday.

The Argentine defender notched his 200th appearance for Manchester City in their 4-0 mauling of Crystal Palace in the Premier League.

And he marked his 31st birthday by going out to dinner with some of his City team-mates – and Manchester United rival Marcos Rojo.

Fellow Argentinian Rojo has had his season blighted by injury so far and only returned to training earlier this week.

As a result, the defender found himself out of Louis Van Gaal’s squad for United’s must-win trip to Anfield on Sunday.

Rojo took the opportunity to join some of his compatriots for the evening, putting club rivalries aside, and even uploaded a picture of the occasion to his official Instagram page.

A number of City stars were also present at the bash, including Nicolas Otamendi, Sergio Aguero, Willy Caballero, Bruno Zuculini, Martin Demichelis and Bruno Zucilini.
