Some Celtic Fans Are in Absolute Shock After Deila Picks Two Strikers to Face Stranraer

Celtic take on Stranraer in the Scottish Cup fourth round this afternoon, with Ronny Deila’s sights fixed firmly on a domestic treble to make up for no Champions League football this season.

But whilst the competition is an important part of the Hoops’ season, Deila appears to be using it to experiment with a new formation, after news broke that the Norwegian has picked TWO strikers to face the League One side.

It’s a surprising move from Deila, who usually sticks rigidly to his lone striker formation, supported by three attacking midfielders.

Carlton Cole makes his first start for the club and is expected to partner Leigh Griffiths up front, but, sadly for expectant supporters, there was no place in the starting eleven for former Hibs star Scott Allan.

Whilst many were happy with the development, the possibility of two forwards had Celtic fans in absolute shock, with many wondering whether or not their manager was feeling OK…
