It’s been quite a week for England cricketer Ben Stokes.
On January 3, Stokes hit the fastest double century for England, the second fastest in history, on day two of the second Test with South Africa in Cape Town.
Stokes made 258 as England added 312 within 39 overs and declared on 629-6, South Africa reaching 141-2 in reply.
But even making history with his incredible performances doesn’t appear to have put him in a good mood, as South Africa’s Temba Bavuma found out today.
As Stokes bowled to Bavuma during today’s play, a Chinese cut for four saw the ball fly past Bavuma before resting up against the boundaries, and Stokes let his feelings on his opponent’s performance absolutely be made absolutely clear during the aftermath…

Harsh words, Ben! To be fair, it’s actually pretty funny and harmless. He probably didn’t even realise the cameras were on him.
Let’s just hope Temba Bavuma doesn’t watch the highlights!
